I worked with Krista to get conditioned for a marathon safely. Krista analyzed my run, found my strength deficiencies, and made a strengthening/stretching plan to make me stronger. When I had any pain, Krista found the cause and helped me overcome it- from fixing my running form, dry needling, or doing different exercises. She even gave me temporary solutions while we tried to find the cause. I’m so pleased I decided to work with her!!!! I feel ready to run my marathon.
